February’s meeting will focus on coming together in turbulent times to stay in community and remember that we are all working to better our world and are here to support each other in a safe space. We will start with some grounding exercises (Relax), then move into a guided sharing circle (Relate),

Please bring ONE art supply to contribute. This can be markers/colored pencils, string, magazines, glue sticks, stamps, stickers, construction paper, yarn, stencils, etc. Whatever you think would be fun to contribute. :)

We will have a variety of snacks, desserts, and beverages, but please feel free to bring your own lunch, as we won't be serving a full meal due to the nature of the meeting.
