My sister Kit and I are ENORMOUS fans of Local H. We especially adore the first two albums. Personally I think Ham Fi**ed (the original one NOT the cheesy remake) is one of the best rock albums of the 90s, and Joe Daniels is my favorite drummer, full stop.

We have done many loving Local H tribute covers over the years, so I present this 4 song EP featuring just the few I have recordings of;

· Stoner - This is our most recent cover. We currently play it at every single show and we love it like it's one of our own.

· Cynic - I used to open with this a lot at my solo acoustic shows. It had the perfect tone and energy for most occasions, and it's really fun to play and sing!

· Sports Bar - This recording dates back from over a decade ago, proving we were doing this song acoustically BEFORE it was cool. (I'm looking at you, ReFi**ed.) We added a bunch of vocal harmonies to keep it interesting for our original duo act, and because that's how we would always sing it together in the car growing up. It was always our favorite song from the first album, so we would always play it live anywhere we were allowed to say the "f**k" word. Although, we might have played it on a live broadcast FM radio performance, but I have a sh*tty memory and I don't have that recording, so we might have skipped it. The world may never know.

· Eddie Vedder - This video was recently found and posted, but the recording is nearly 10 years old. I don't think I ever did this one for an audience. I remember CallowRuse also used to do Mayonnaise & Malaise but I can't find a recording of it, unfortunately. But this is cool, too.

We had so much fun last night jamming out with The Blurry Stars and No Place Or Time ! What an amazing night of music! A huge thank you to both bands and John Henry's for making it all possible. We adore all of you!

We'll be announcing more shows in the very near future, including our long awaited (by us) grand return to Blairally , and maybe some really big stuff that I can't talk about yet, but it'll be huge. So please follow us and share us with your friends that also have excellent taste in music.
