Our baby girl is due next week! I'll be taking a break from hands-on weddings for a few months while I settle into mom life. 💜 I'm so thrilled for this next chapter to begin, and I look forward to jumping back into weddings later this summer.

Yes, you could order a giant tiered wedding cake that feeds all your guests. But if your dessert budget won't allow for that level of decadence, consider having the cutest lil "cutting cake" just for you and your sweetheart + a sheet cake to feed the masses. 💜

Cole's sister made their heart-shaped red velvet cake from scratch. And the sheet cake? I'll never tell where it came from... But Melissa & Cole's guests thought it was delicious. 😇

..wait, I'm just describing Rachel & Bryan's wedding day. 😂 It was chock-full of intentional moments + fun!!! With a live painter for the ceremony, custom balloon decorations, a bouncy house, a luck-of-the-draw card game to release guests to the buffet... and so much more.

It's really, really special when your loved ones travel so far to be with you on your wedding day. And sometimes, you travel to your loved ones too! Vivian & Michael wanted to celebrate with everyone, so they had three weddings: a courthouse ceremony in Washington, a big party here in Oregon, and then an elegant celebration in China. I'm so glad my team could be a part of their festivities here in Eugene!
