Marshmallow season has come to the ranch! No spray haylage is a year long treat for our cattle and we think it makes a difference you can taste.

And since they're vacuum sealed and don't require freezing, we can ship the goodness to you!

Did you know we're now offering beef jerky as well? We teamed up with Jerky On Wheels and have rotating flavors every week, along with staples like original, cracked pepper and honey teriyaki. This weekend we will also have mango scorpion pepper for the truly brave! $25 for a 10oz. bag or 2 for $45

Enjoyed a golden harvest of sunshine cherry tomatoes, tomatillos and cocktail tomatoes that all made their way into a side salad that perfectly complimented the seared tenderloin.

The pre-cut sold pretty fast! But not to worry, we still have 3 whole unclaimed beef for our upcoming slaughter date. Get a quater, half or whole and share with the neighbors.

Jamal is so sweet and well tempered that even this heat doesn't really seem to bother him. With his 100% Black Angus bloodline, he also makes some beautiful babies, which we are also selling (live steer)
