Another proud moment for PakTech: we’ve been officially nominated for the 2026 USA Awards in the EcoHealth category, which celebrates solutions that unite environmental sustainability with human health.

Our handles are making waves in more ways than one with this upcycled PakTech art sculpture.

We're excited to see PakTech handles repurposed as part of this stunning sea turtle sculpture unveiled at the Newport Aquarium in Kentucky. Created by students at Springer School & Center in Cincinnati, using more than 140 pounds of recycled materials, the sculpture is a powerful reminder that materials don't have to end their journey after their first use; they can be transformed into something meaningful that inspires others.

It’s a timely reminder that protecting our climate goes beyond reducing emissions. In fact, it's about rethinking the systems behind the choices we make every day. And the packaging industry has a big role to play in this shift. Not through lofty pledges, but through data-backed solutions that close the loop day after day and help fuel the . That’s why our durable rHDPE multipacking handles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic – repurposed from post-consumer milk jugs and household containers – and are fully recyclable, supporting a circular economy.

Since using 100% recycled HDPE, we've repurposed over 1.2 billion milk jugs and saved over 167 million pounds of plastic from landfills and oceans, as verified by third-party life cycle analysis. Now that's a closed loop in action🙌

When demand outpaced production, PLD needed a solution—not a capital expense.

Their existing equipment maxed out at 20 cases per minute, while customer demand required 30. By partnering with PakTech, PLD increased throughput, met sustainability goals, and modernized operations without a major upfront investment.

Here's how:
✔️High-Speed Automated Application: The MPA 30i Flex applied handles consistently at line speed, eliminating the downtime and manual rework PLD's previous machine required.

✔️100% Recycled & Recyclable Handles: PLD met Walmart's sustainability requirements and became a landfill-free facility — without paying a premium.

✔️Lease-to-Own Financing: PakTech amortized the cost of the machinery directly into PLD's long-term handle program. Minimal upfront capital. Full equipment ownership at the end of the term.

✔️Hands-On Engineering Support: A PakTech technician had the equipment running within two days of arrival, with ongoing modifications as PLD's needs evolved.

The result: greater efficiency, increased production capacity, and sustainability goals achieved—all without a large upfront investment.
