Some conversations need more than words.
They need room to pause.
To notice what is happening beneath the surface.
To let your body be part of the conversation, too.
Insight is a meaningful first step. It can help you name the pattern, understand where it came from, and see what is no longer working.
But when that awareness hasn’t changed how you feel, respond, or move through your actual life, somatic and nervous system work can offer another way in.
It helps bridge the space between “knowing” something and being able to experience a different response when it matters.
This is part of what I love about working together in person.
A private, intentional space to explore what you’re carrying, what you’re moving through, and what might be asking for your attention.
No rush to have the right answer.
Just a place to meet yourself.

Sometimes changing hormones make it harder to keep tolerating the things you’ve been tolerating for years.
The relationship.
The work.
The caretaking.
The constant overriding of what you want and need.
And suddenly you’re thinking:
“I can’t do this anymore.”
Hormones can be a game changer. Supplements matter. Medical care matters.
But they’re not always the whole story.
Perimenopause can be a powerful time of reckoning. Sometimes women want to leave their marriage. Sometimes they want to leave their job. Sometimes they realize they don’t actually want the life they’ve built.
And maybe they do need to burn something down.
But before you light the match, what if you got radically honest about what you actually want and need?
What have you ignored?
What have you been tolerating?
What would you choose if you stopped abandoning yourself?
You don’t have to wait until the burn is out of your control.
You can get conscious about what needs to change, what needs to go, and what you want to build instead.
This is the work I do.
I help women get clear, reconnect with themselves and create lives that actually feel like theirs.
So you can thrive before you feel like burning everything to the ground.
And if something really does need to burn?
I’ll support you as you choose what to burn.
Your life. Your way.
Life will shift.
I invite you to have agency in it.

Your s*x life is probably not “fine” - it’s just been running on old programming.
If you want to hear what Rob has learned from 20 years of studying human s€.xuality, tune into this episode.
Rob says:
🔸Most people are not broken; they’re just carrying myths they never questioned.
🔸A good s*x life is not about performance - it’s about presence, honesty, and attunement.
🔸If you keep avoiding the discomfort, you keep avoiding the truth.
That’s the part nobody wants to admit:
Seggs isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional. Nervous system-level. Human. And if you want it to feel better, you usually have to look deeper - not harder.
Worth the uncomfortable conversation.👉

A little glimpse into a beautiful afternoon of wellness, connection, and community.
I had the pleasure of co-facilitating this event with Mandy McGaugh, who guided meditation and sound healing, while I led somatic practices to help everyone connect more deeply with their bodies.
A huge thank you to Casey from WMNS for hosting us, and to The Forgotten Barrel Winery for having us at their beautiful space.
And after our wellness practices? We shared food, charcuterie, wine, and time to simply connect with one another.
Because wellness isn’t only about what happens during the meditation, sound healing, or somatic practice.
It’s ’s in the conversation.
The laughter.
The food.
The people you meet.
The feeling of being in community.
Mandy and I, the somatic duo, bringing more connection and support to our community.
More of this, please.

A Different Way of Working With Women
I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, but somatics is only part of what I bring to this work.
For more than a decade, I’ve been exploring what actually supports women in feeling good in their bodies, trusting themselves, experiencing desire, navigating relationships, and creating lives that feel like their own.
Because women aren’t men with different hormones.
We have different bodies. Different rhythms. Different ways of experiencing energy, emotion, desire, and capacity. We’re cyclical beings...and yet so much of what we’ve been taught about productivity, consistency, health, relationships, s*xuality, and even personal growth was built around a model that doesn’t account for that.
And so much of women’s self-development has been organized around one question:
What’s wrong with me, and how do I fix it? Not enoughness!
I’m interested in a different question:
What happens when you stop making yourself the problem?
Yes, we work with the places that hurt. The patterns that keep repeating. The overwhelm, disconnection, symptoms, anxiety, grief, shame, and protective strategies.
But we don’t make those things your identity, or the entirety of the work.
We also pay attention to what’s right with you.
What feels good.
What lights you up.
What your body says yes to.
What you actually want.
Where you’re already brilliant.
What happens when you give yourself permission instead of waiting for approval.
What thriving actually feels like in your body.
This is where somatics meets embodiment, self-approval, nervous-system awareness, cyclical living, s*xuality, boundaries, parts work, and the messy reality of being a woman.
Not another project of becoming a better version of yourself.
A deeper relationship with the woman who is already here.
