That’s GP2 win #3 on the year! The whole Palomar group delivered an awesome effort and a much deserved result after the issue on Saturday. It was a tight battle against the #779 GR86 through the middle portions of the race. At the end, we prevailed in a P13 overall finish and P4 against the GP1 field.

Saturday 8 hour at report!

After qualifying a super tight P2 by .005s on Friday, the team brought home a P7 finish in GP2 after battling for the lead over the opening four hours. Unfortunately a problem in the left front of the car after minor contact took us 20 laps down for repairs while leading, although the issue was remedied and team finished the final hours strong.

We’ll start from the front row of GP2 tomorrow for Sunday’s 7 hour. Live-streaming on YouTube with the main broadcast as well as our in-car onboard.

Our resident pro drivers along with very welcomed team newcomers and Greg Cecchi all drove great stints! The crew delivered awesome fuel stops all day long.
