APS is hiring a CNC Machinist for 3rd Shift. Hours are 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Shift differential pay included. No prior experience needed; we will train the right person.

Job Duties

• Set-up, operate and tend Mazak lathes and Haas vertical and horizontal machine centers.

• Confirms conformance of parts produced using standard metrology practices (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges and thread gauges).

• Perform necessary deburring of parts.

• Lifting heavy objects without risking injury to yourself or co-workers.

• Responsible for general maintenance and cleaning of machine.

• Help keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• Ability to perform general shop math.

• Reliable, strong work ethic with a “Team Player” mentality.

• High School Diploma
