This week’s passengers! We had two frequent flyers this week. First person to identify them BOTH wins the price of coffee, on us! ☕️
Hint: you may need to look back on William Poe Transport posts for one of them.

Every new-to-us trailer gets new tires, a full service, and detailed before a horse ever steps foot in it, no matter how good everything may or may not appear. This trailer just got new tires and the rest is scheduled for later this week! 🛞
Thank you Fire Tire Service for always keeping us ready to roll!

Let’s talk reaction time.
Speed, phone use, and driving tired all reduce it. So do outside factors like weather and traffic flow. Now add a trailer, weight, and live animals who shift, brace, and rely on you to keep them steady. Your margin for error gets smaller with every one of those variables.
This might be controversial, but trailer cameras can also contribute to distracted driving. Anything that is taking attention away from the road affects reaction time.
Avoiding potholes, slowing before turns, smooth stops, and easy starts are all things keeping your horse safe, yet even some of those you’re trusting as professionals are negligent.
Your horse’s safety ultimately lies with the person behind the wheel. Their focus, their judgment, and their reaction time.
