It's been a long week of projects and lots more to go for the weekend. These step will last longer than the house. Made them wider and easier to walk for my current and future tenants. Full project breakdown coming soon.

On the final stretch of this refresh. Getting the trim down. The new color scheme is starting to pop. I have some ideas for some cool wall art if time allows so keep following along.

Finally finished up the deck between all the other projects and the weather.

Started priming and sealing the masonry work and getting ready to paint the block and newly built pillars. Keep following along the exterior of this place is almost wrapped up.

Another big project off the list. These brick 🧱 pillars where really deteriorating ever since I took down the overhead porch. 400 lb of mortar mix and they are all back together.

Going to be repainting all the masonry and railing work it should look sharp when it's all finished.

Lots of painting projects going on right now. Working with Sherwin Williams to take all my paintings projects to the next level.

It's that time of year to do exterior maintenance. Lots of projects going on this week. This 2 unit got power washed and is now getting brick and missionary work done, deck staining, and a fresh coat of paint on its foundation. Going to look so fresh and so clean when finished up.

There is always a project that needs to be done. Constantly up dating and improving things is what owning and managing older homes and apartments is all about.
