It was a packed room two weeks ago at the WILD (Women in Leadership Development) Conference where I shared some insight on "Navigating Your Way Through Diverse Environments".

In the wee hours of the morning yesterday, we headed south to facilitate a session on a new paradigm in goal setting with the fabulous members of the Pittsburgh chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers.
