UECDC provides culturally responsive educational programs for children and adults in the Buffalo Road neighborhood of Erie, PA.

Please join us this Friday and Saturday for a big neighborhood cleanup and celebration in the Buffalo Road area. Volunteers will gather at the Quality of Life Learning Center, 2046 E. 19th, and at Burton School. Neighborhood celebration Saturday at 3pm, with food, music and activities for kids.

Born in South Sudan, raised in Erie, attended youth programs at the Quality of Life Learning Center, East High School graduate. Now a significant figure in dancehall/reggae, he is currently appearing on stages around the world.
