Congress reaches deal on $450 billion package to help small businesses, sources say Congressional negotiations have reached a deal on a bill that includes hundreds of billions of dollars in new funding for small businesses hurt by the coronavirus outbreak, three sources familiar tell CNN.

As of now, Gov. Tom Wolf issued stay-at-home orders across the state of Pennsylvania until April 30. However, he stated, "If it's not in the best interests of keeping people safe, I'm not going to go along with it."
