Your game-day lineup just got an upgrade! 🏈🍔 Caramelized mushrooms and onions, tangy blue cheese, and a touch of fig jam all packed into one seriously good slider. Small in size. Big on flavor. Definitely worth adding to the roster. 🤤

Preparation:
🧈 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until softened and golden.
🍄 Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 6 to 8 minutes, until the mushrooms are browned.
🥣 Pour in the beef broth and simmer until almost completely reduced. Remove from heat and stir in 3 oz blue cheese until softened and creamy.
🥩 Divide the beef into 12 small patties, slightly wider than the buns. Season well with salt and pepper.
🔥 Cook in a hot skillet or on the grill for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the centers reach 160°F.
🍞 Lightly toast the brioche buns. Spread the top halves with fig jam.
🧀 Layer each bottom bun with a burger, mushroom mixture, arugula, and a little extra blue cheese. Add the fig-jam tops and serve warm.
