Since I started TUDAK in 2021, Facebook and Google have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Their customer service and product line have been truly unprofessional and disheartening. They constantly give me vague information about what's wrong with my account or my ads or the website and give no specific instructions on how to fix it. All they send are vague replies, saying that it doesn't conform to their policies, but never once in three years, have they told me how exactly how I am not following their policies.

It's truly unreal how bad they can be. I’ve literally been at this for 18 hours a day 6/7 days a week. I missed Christmas and New Years with my family trying to resolve these matters.

I'm as blunt with them as I am with anybody that knows me about please just tell me what to fix so I can fix it and they constantly just say the same thing that in general it doesn't conform to their policies, but never tell me what policy or what is on there that they don't like. It is a nightmare.

This nonprofit that I started from scratch and had to learn all about nonprofits and dealing with the federal government was easier than trying to deal with Facebook and Google trying to get advertisement and recognition. It's disgusting.

Please help me by liking this or showing an angry face and sharing it. I need to get the word out to everybody how bad it is trying to work with these two companies that have a monopoly on the industry. I cannot think of anything else to do to get through to them that I don't have millions of dollars and special tech guys to figure out their jargon. I just need to be told what the fix is.
