WE TOOK A BEATING. Sunday we returned to the high banks of Hudson Speedway after making some repairs from our short race (for me) at Star. I was in a lot of pain in my left arm and shoulder from a workout gone wrong but I tried to focus on racing and not the pain. Ready to go because the car felt great at that track. First practice I was way to tight, made some adjustments for the second practice and still was to tight. When it came time for the heat race I was starting in 5th place. As soon as the flag drops we go into turn 1 and a HEAT HERO behind me decides to hit me and junks a tire & rim. As a result I could not finish the qualifying race. Fast forward to the feature after a rain delay we are starting in the tail. Green flag drops and im not able to control the car well, way to much pushing. Later on in the race I once again was over correcting when I hit another car which damaged the tie rods/steering so now that needs to be repaired, along with another rim and tire.
Not our best race, we've had worse. We will make the necessary repairs (once again) that are needed. I know I can perform better than this. I don't know why im not going up to the wall like I use to. More seat time and new setups should help.
Our next race is this Saturday at Star Speedway in Epping which is now on summer hours and then Hudson Speedway again on Sunday!

***Update the juvenile was located*** Thank you for all the tips and information
MPD is looking for any information on the vehicle in the photo. We believe it could be a Toyota Prius which was travelling in the area of Savage Rd. and Whitten Rd. this week. This vehicle could possibly be involved in a missing juvenile case we are working on. If you know anyone who operates or owns a similar vehicle please let us know at 603-249-0630 X 317.

Yesterday we made our way to Star Speedway for the 2nd 40 lap race of the year. I want to start off by saying thank you to Joe Fraser for assisting me with being pit crew and teaching me a few new things. Always happy to learn new tips and tricks. I tried one set up in our first practice and the car didn't rotate right, made some adjustments for the second one and it was better but still needed improvement. We started I think 7th? in our heat race and the handling felt great and we ended up with 5th place. For the main feature we started in 3rd and a caution came out so we restarted in 2nd. We went a few laps before a caution was drawn out again. While under caution the track workers noticed I was dragging something that impacted our driving ability that somehow become loose or dislodged so I was black flagged unfortunately. Not sure how that happened since the part was secure before but came off, dragged, and grinded down and did not work right so we could not finish the race. As bad as it is its good that we found out that way rather than run 40 laps and blow up the car.... We will make the appropriate fixes sometime this week. Very sad that we couldn't drive to our fullest potential because the car felt right but we are not discouraged.
Our next race is Sunday the 31st at Hudson Speedway.

We are locked and loaded & star bound! Come see us in action for 40 laps (that’s a lot for us!) at Star Speedway in Epping. We are trying something new & are dedicating races to a fallen first responder or combat casualty. If anyone has a list or person please share it with me.
