Good Morning Everyone! My “in process” wood pile is shrinking. I am looking to buy some oak off of anyone that has some available. To keep costs down I’m looking for whole trees or logs that I can process myself. No immediate rush but wanted to get the word out to keep me in mind if you have some! Thank you ✌️

Better weather means it’s time to get busy! Over the past couple of weeks we have broken down the smokers, degreased, cleaned, and re-greased. Processed a whole bunch of oak, and knocked out about a dozen pounds of beef jerky. We are ready for the summer!

We got 100% angus beef tallow! Tons of great uses. $10 per jar. DM me if ya’d like some.

Had a blast getting to be a part of the Taylor's Tavern holiday party. The regulars manned the bar and Wolfe Ranch brought the brisket. Happy New Year to everyone. Excited to see what 2025 brings!

I will have the smoker going this Weekend for the final week of regular season NFL on Sunday! It is going to be in the 20s... so leave the outside cooking to me.
