Eyncon Engineering

Behind every successful project is an engineer solving problems long before anyone else sees them. Today, we’re recognizing the Professional Engineers on our team for their expertise, dedication, and the impact they make every day. Thank you for everything you do, Russell, DJ & Max! 👏

And a shoutout to our EITs and design professionals pursuing licensure—we’re proud of all you’re accomplishing! 👏

Happy Fourth of July from Eyncon Engineering & Surveying! ❤️🤍💙

Please join us in welcoming Dharmesh Jha, P.E. to the Eyncon team as our newest Structural PE! He’s already making a strong impact between leading structural division and making great first impressions with our clients! 💙

Before National Surveyors Week wraps up, we want to give a shoutout to the team behind the scenes making every project possible!

Couldn’t do it without you! 👏

We’ve welcomed a couple of new team members over the last few months, and they’re already making a noticeable impact in their disciplines. We’re so grateful to have them on board. Please help us welcome Max and Ethan to the Eyncon team!

Out on site turning dirt into data and keeping North Texas projects grounded—literally. Another day, another borehole. ⚙️🌎

Today, we’re especially thankful for Tony Medina — a talented structural engineer whose vision started AGTM and laid the foundation for everything Eyncon is today.
Long before Eyncon existed, Tony set out with a simple goal: deliver great structural engineering with honesty and care.

What began as one engineer’s passion grew into new disciplines, new people, and the full-service, multi-disciplinary firm we are now — still shaped by his values and legacy.

This Thanksgiving, we honor Tony and the foundation he built for all of us. 🧡🍁

Happy Thanksgiving from the Eyncon Team!🍂🦃

Some camera-shy teammates snuck back to work when they heard “group photo,” but we’re grateful for them too. 😂
Thankful for every teammate — near, far, and hiding behind the jobsite plans!
