The Commons, a United Methodist Retirement Community, offers independent living town homes and apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long term care, all within the same community. If our residents’ needs change, the appropriate level of support is available without relocation to another community. The Commons Community offering many housing options, services and programs, allowing residents to choose retirement that fits their lifestyle, now and later.

Santa Claus will arrive at The Commons on December 20th at 1 PM in our Great Room at 301 S Oakwood. All children are invited to meet Santa, enjoy some refreshments, and listen to music by Steven Harwood. No cost, just holiday joy!

A big salute to a hero! This month’s shout-out goes to Linda Palmer, a dedicated volunteer at The Commons. Linda plays hymns for the residents twice weekly, as well as for her church and other venues.
