He tried to bite every one and we found he had a walnut sized tumor and a rotten molar in his mouth which were removed. We now have learned he has heart leakage which we need to treat. He is a happy boy and a real tail wagger as he has learned trust. He loves to be talked to and of course to roll in the mud. After what he has been through he deserves a long happy life! I have been asked for more puppy Huey pics so here ya go. I picked Huey up from a shaky back yard breeder near Tulsa. He sat in my Jeep's cup holder and just stared at me for the 2 hour ride. Believe it or not I knew right then he was going to be an ace of a therapy dog and he is as he makes over 800 patients visits a year for FREE! I was informed that National Best Friends Day I should have included these two. Luna was the first dog Huey met upon arriival at the rescue. Huey gave Luna a lick on the nose in my Jeep and she would play tug of war with him. She obviously could have thrown him across the room but she often let him win. Luna is now Huey's body guard and it is wise not to test that. Luna weighs in at 70 lbs. and Huey at 7 lbs. dog
