"I hired Colorado Structural Repair to install helical piers beneath the foundation of my sunroom, which had been slowly tilting away from the rest of my house for the past decade. Everyone at the company seemed honest and professional, and the workmen who installed the piers were fantastic. Although I had to sign a contract that said the company would not be responsible for any sprinkler lines that might be severed when digging in my yard, the workmen were careful to find and preserve my sprinkler lines. Installing the piers required that they dig a deep trench around two walls of the sunroom. Once they were done, the workers put the dirt back and left my yard looking no worse for wear.

My one small complaint is that the office staff could have done a better job of communication in advance of the work. It took much longer than I was led to believe for the installation to begin because of unexpected delays in the permitting process, and I found I had to contact the company for updates (when I would have preferred that they took the initiative to keep me informed). This is a relatively small matter, however. I would hire the company again and will recommend them to others."
