The Architects League would like to congratulate Rayhanna from New Milford (Age 3) and Lena from Fort Lee (Age 9) as the co-winners of our first ALNNJ Kids Challenge! Rayhanna and Lena will each be receiving a $50 Amazon Gift Card as their prize. The winners were chosen by a panel of architects and it was a really tough decision since there were so many great entries. Rayhanna's design astounded the judges with its innovative use of materials and its ability to hold up her brother and herself. Lena's homemade tower was well thought out with its natural materials, lighting and associated biophilia.
Congratulations again to both Rayhanna and Lena, and special thanks to everyone who participated in the May 2020 Virtual Skyline Challenge. And all future architects and master builders should look out soon for information on our upcoming ALNNJ Kids Challenge for June - Details will be announced soon!

I am excited to see the exterior renovation project is underway. We designed the new upscale exterior for the property owner to reposition the apartment building to compete with the newer and upscale apartment buildings in the neighborhood. Stay tuned for more in the coming weeks!
