Yesterday was an amazing day - not just for , but LA-based bioscience! I attended the UCLA Bioscience Innovation Day, a day focused on strengthening the link between LA academia and industry. is the biggest sponsor, but there certainly was other industry representation. I met Arie Belldegrun of Allogene, as well as scientific and strategic leaders from Amgen, Genentech, Taros, and Prolacta. We heard great speakers, from the aforementioned companies and also from Gilead, Jannsen, Westlake Village BioPartners, and Pfizer. It was an awesome day and I’m truly grateful! Highlights in my story 💊🔬
