Stopped for brunch .f10 in Oceanside. We had Tilly, the Dalmatian with us and Gus who is camera shy. We ended up walking about 7 miles. Off to a good start in 2026!

Just another day in North County trying to keep it professional while saying things like “great bones,” “huge master,” and “nice back door.” 😏
Realtors really do have the most questionable vocabulary — but we swear it’s just about the houses! 😂
Between “open floor plans” and “hardwood floors,” sometimes even we have to stop and laugh mid-tour. Coastal living keeps things spicy, what can we say? 🌊

So many things to do in Oceanside! Beautiful scenery, great restaurants, walk the strand, pier harbor and meet friendly people! My favorite exercise is walking at the coast. The weather is good all year long. So happy to call Oceanside home!
