We are thrilled to welcome Heidi Buratti as our newest On-Call Cultural Resources Technician. Heidi will support cultural resource compliance efforts across a range of projects, contributing to fieldwork, data collection, and analysis that help inform responsible environmental and infrastructure decisions. Cultural Resources Technicians play a critical role in ensuring Scout’s projects move forward with a strong foundation in stewardship and regulatory compliance. The 2026 SAME STEM Engineering & Construction Camp is shaping the next generation of engineers through a week of hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world problem solving. This June, as many as 40 high school students will work alongside industry professionals, military leaders, and the local A/E/C community while staying at Camp Paumalu on Oahu’s North Shore. Scout is proud to partner with these sponsors and volunteers to create an unforgettable experience for these teens as they build skills, connections, and future career pathways.
