Boundaries are a guide upon which you clearly direct others to what feels open & expansive for you, and what feels closed & murky for you via clearly communicating, and expressing your needs, and values.

✨It is important to honor what does not feel comfortable in your system.✨

Even if you classify something as ‘small,’ you will bury it, suppress it, and it will build up over time until it starts getting louder, the signs start to show up way more, and the feeling starts to really be felt in your body expressing it greatly to where when you reflect, and honor it,
you have awareness realizing just how uncomfortable,
and completely ‘not okay’ a situation is.

No, you’re not too sensitive.
No, you’re not making it up.
No, you’re not exaggerating ‘making it bigger than what it is.’

Again, no matter ‘how small,’ it’s there right?

It still feels uncomfortable,
it still doesn’t feel okay, it still feels frustrating. Honor that feeling, and start to clearly, and lovingly express your needs, communicating your boundaries of what may enter your space, and what may now exit your space that is not welcome.

This is October 22nd, 2021, our first full day together in Sedona, AZ. 🏜
He had his first long car ride from Flagstaff, AZ 🌲 where we found each other on October 21st, 2021 the night before.

He was underneath the stairs at a hotel in Flagstaff. He mew-meowed to me,🐾 as I saw this little orange p**f a floof under the stairs, on my way to the room…full Mom mode ACTIVATED!!!
It was very cold that night, he stood warm in my Mommy vest that you see in the picture, close to my heart to keep him safe, loved, and warm.

If you see me carrying him a little over a year later, this may explain more as to why. 😸🧡

We are in a time now, where we are being called to walk deeply in the path that God has divinely designed for us.
God’s children, warriors of light, empaths, seers, wayshowers, intuitives, leaders, it is your time to answer the call, and there is no better time than now.

We are asked to rise higher even if it feels like ‘I don’t feel ready,’ God is saying to you, “My Child, It Is Time.”

All is in divine timing, and all is on God’s timing.

Listen closely to the messengers God has sent to you at this time, with repetitious messages stating the same thing again, and again through different channels, different vessels, different people, different teachers, yet it’s the same message.

It’s your time now to deep dive back into your heart, more closely, more deeply into your connection with God, and the Spirit World at this time for you were never walking alone, and you will never walk alone.

Follow the next steps of your healing God has gifted you. Listen, and walk in aligned action with the steps you must take to receive the abundant gifts, miracles, blessings, healings, restoration, and replenishment of the pain, anguish, anger, sadness, fears, betrayal, neglect, abandonment in your heart.

Let God into your heart, as the more you do, the more you see in the physical plane every single gift, love, divine opportunities, divine connections, support God has here for you.

Surrender your fears, worries, feelings of lack of love to God now, to finally open your heart to receive it all.

Everything you have been praying for, asking for, waiting for is here for you. God, and the Spirit World hear you, and they are listening ready to gift it all to you now, as it is already here for you.

It was more safe to be silent.
It was safe to not share your feelings & experiences to survive whether ‘good,’ or ‘bad’ due to their reaction to your natural emotional response.
