These burrata eggs in purgatory are one of my favorite foods. I added zucchini and spinach and homemade sourdough crostini for breakfast today and it hit the spot.

When I say fish sandwich, this is what I mean.

Homemade sourdough rolls, line caught bluefin, garden tomato and lettuce, and a dungeness crab salad with garden tarragon and lemon aioli.

We call this Lobster Thermiberg, similar to lobster Newburg and Lobster Thermidor. I realize that my Italian friends may be furious with me for adding cheese to seafood! Homemade sourdough pizza and Garden grown lettuce and fresh tarragon brought ths dish together nicely.

Olives or no olives? We have both in these vegetarian enchiladas served with mashed pinto beans and pico de gallo made with garden tomato, cilantro and lime.

Burrata Eggs in Purgatory is tied with huevos rancheros for my favorite breakfast. Today I sauteed summer squash and onion in spicy red sauce, added 2 eggs and fresh burrata with a lid to finish the eggs. The simple recipe is phenominal.

Open face tuna melt with home made sourdough, jumbo garden tomato and avocado, local bluefin tuna and grilled onions. We are fortunate to make, grow and catch food to make healthy meals.

When it rains the oven gets put to good use. Yesterday's menu included a traditional lasagne, spagetti squash with sauteed spinach, garlic and mushrooms and the leftover fresh noodles, freshly picked lettuce salad and a protein cake made with cottage cheese, almond flour and eggs.

Spinach florentine and jalapeno sourdough bagels fresh out of the oven. I am not sure which one to eat, leaning towards spinach. I am not very good at shaping them but I made up for the irregular shape with mounds of toppings.

Cooking with my bro, we made sourdough pizza with mushrooms and fresh herbs, salad with persimmon and taragon vinegarette and snow crab salad.
