So my Foreign Extra Stout is not bitter enough... Last time i use old Fuggles to bitter
Pumpkin Ale is done. Just carbonating. Wish that i had the time to save the yeast for the next brew. Love this strain a lot more then my normal one
Time to brew another Pumpkin Ale for Thanksgiving. Just wished that i noticed it was more then a week and a half away.

So i think it's a great time to make my DoomsDay Black IPA. Will be 9% and aged in Jack Daniels soaked wood chips for about 2 months. This will be a good one
Hopburst Red is almost done so i'll have 5 gallons of that and also 5 gallons of Agave Wheat from my internship at Aztec Brewery.

Hopburst Red
Brewing up my hopburst red ale. this should be a good red ale with a nice citrus bitterness to it
