We absolutely loved working with this family! A successful and enjoyable home search and escrow process is truly a team effort. While we often share the steps we take to help our clients, this time I want to shine a light on what these buyers did to create a 5-star real estate experience.

Many buyers are eager to start viewing homes and skip the initial consultation. However, taking the time to sit down, connect, and understand the process is invaluable. It ensures everyone is on the same page from the start, setting the foundation for a smooth journey.

Interesting story about this listing📚

This Del Mar home had been listed previously by another agent, and had sat on the market for 6 months with not one offer. 😢

When we took over the listing we applied out tried and true property presentation and marketing process, and in a few short days had an over asking price offer that went into escrow and closed. 🥳

I heard feedback from other agents & buyers in that market that answering our phones, being available, making the property available, pre-marketing plan, and changing the presentation is what made the difference in a successful sale.
