No matter how hard we try the majority of us may tilt our heads forward. Hunch at our mid-back or completely forward bend at your low back. It’s a lot and it takes a toll. Not to mention if you have a profession that requires a ton of bending forward. 🙋🏻‍♀️

You can still be productive. Scroll through socials while on your belly. Read a book. Relax. Whatever feels best.

I’m making this entire post on mine.

My spine prefers a couple times a day for 5-15 minutes. Experiment and see what you’re able to do and work from there.

If you find it super difficult you may have multiple fixated vertebrae(subluxations) and might be time to see a good chiropractor and work on that optimal alignment for movement and flexibility along with proper nerve flow from to body and back again and again. Optimal function and feeling 👐🏼
