Each month we’ll bring together great music, quality instruction, and a community of dancers who value connection as much as technique.

Intuitive Expression ✨A 2-Hour Movement + Embodiment Workshop

Intuitive Expression is not just a styling class. It is an invitation to explore how confidence, musical expression, and authenticity emerge through the body.

The dancers who seem effortless aren’t necessarily more talented.

They’ve simply learned when to stop controlling every detail and begin trusting their bodies, their musicality, and their intuition.

Intuitive Expression is an exploration of that transition.

Together, we’ll discover how shifting from ex*****on to flow can unlock movement that feels more authentic, expressive, and deeply connected.

Through movement exploration, musicality, body awareness, and embodiment practices, we’ll cultivate the internal conditions that allow expression to emerge naturally.

This isn’t about abandoning technique.
It’s about allowing technique to become artistry.

Femme Flow 🌊A 2-Hour Movement + Embodiment Workshop

Femme Flow is not just a styling class. It is an invitation to explore how confidence, musical expression, and authenticity emerge through the body.

Rather than approaching styling as a collection of poses or decorative movements, this workshop focuses on the internal conditions that shape the way we move. Through guided movement exploration, musicality, body awareness, and nervous system-informed practices, you’ll develop a deeper connection to your own expression.

Together, we’ll explore:
* Body awareness and movement quality
* Musical expression and styling
* Confidence and embodied self-expression
* The relationship between nervous system state, presence, and movement

This workshop is designed for dancers and movers who want to feel more connected, intentional, and expressive in their bodies. You do not need to fit one definition of femininity or perform a particular aesthetic. Femme Flow is about discovering what feminine expression feels like for you.

A new chapter begins for Miraqui Dance Company. ✨

As our community continues to grow, I’m excited to announce that Miraqui Dance Company has a new home at La Vie Dance Studios.

Along with our new location comes a new rehearsal structure that brings all levels of Miraqui together into one unified training experience. By training in one shared rehearsal, we’re creating more opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, artistic growth, and meaningful connection across every level.

To make space for this evolution, we’ve retired our Monday 7:00 PM Social Dance Class and shifted our focus to building one stronger company.

My hope is to create an environment where dancers can learn from one another, challenge one another, and celebrate one another’s progress.
