Dynamic Discs Open

The Dynamic Discs Open is a premiere Disc Golf event held in Emporia, Kansas. The first GBO was a PDGA B-Tier and it had 88 competitors.

In 2003, Eric McCabe and his best friend Gabe Werly started the Glass Blown Open with big dreams. The original trophies were glass blown which is where the event got its name. The trophies were designed by world-renowned artist, Hal Berger, giving tremendous prestige to the event. In 2006, Hal passed away in his sleep at the young age of 54.
