When microgreens first hit the culinary scene in San Francisco upscale restaurants, chefs treated them purely as a fancy garnish. Fast forward to today, and they have completely changed the way we think about fresh food and quick nutrition. 🌱

A landmark USDA study revealed that these tiny baby plants can pack up to 40 times more nutrients and vitamins than their fully mature counterparts. You're essentially eating the plant at its absolute peak biological energy.

Emory Market Gardens is heading to MushFest 2026 hosted by the North Texas Mycological Association ! 🍄✨

Join us May 16–17 at the Red Wolf Intentional Community near Bonham, TX for a weekend dedicated to the incredible world of fungi. From foraging in the Caddo National Grasslands to immersive workshops, this is the mushroom event of the year! The NTMA and attendees are always so nice and all share a passion for mycology. No previous experience is required to attend and it is fun for both beginners and experts. Great inexpensive camping opportunity for the family.

We’ll be there all weekend with a booth as one of the official sponsors for the event—come chat with us about mushroom growing, cooking, and foraging.

Don't miss our Culinary Showcase! 🍳On Saturday at 2:00 PM, catch us for a live Farm-to-Table cooking demonstration featuring our gourmet Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Enoki, and Shiitake mushrooms harvested from our mushroom farm!
