Broyco Botanical Study No. 001.

I'm hoping this will be a first of a long series. Originally this started as an idea for an illustration for a client. As it happens sometimes, the client moved a different direction, but the idea remained, rattling around in my head. I hate to see work lost, but it doesn't mean we always have to let it go. Obviously these plants are not native to Idaho, but as we get out and explore the land around our new home, this series will morph.

I think I might rework this into something, but I can relate to feeling up to your neck. Maybe I’ll see what I’m looking for if I just open my eyes.

Printing samples at 11x14 and 8x10. Color looks good but the 8x10 is a little wonky. Details are really crisp. Love this Aurora Art Natural 300 paper

New artwork printing soon. I’ll launch soon with a couple of prints and I’m working on a subscription that will be an inexpensive way to get prints every month for less than $15. Maybe an option for less than $10. Anyone interested?
