Tater Cup Update - As of now we are still planning to get the race in tomorrow. We will post another update tonight.

The format will be twin heats with passing points to line up the A main. Top 4 inverted. Attached is the detailed Format, Schedule and a track map for anyone new visiting.

TATER CUP UPDATE: Packing All the Action into Saturday!

Tomorrow, Friday, June 26th is canceled. But here is the great news: turning the Tater Cup into a single-day showdown on Saturday, June 27th. Our track crew is already ahead of the game as the surface is prepped for the impending rainfall, and it is going to be in prime condition for some fast, heavy-traction racing on Saturday.

While we always aim for our marquee events to be two-day show, making this call now saves everyone time and ensures we can deliver the racing experience the racers deserve.

Saturday’s Format
2 Flights of Heat Races, earning both passing and finishing points. The Main Events will be lined up from those points with a 4-car invert.

Caged Clones: Still featuring the big one—a 50-lap main event with an open red at lap 25!

Ultimately thank you to everyone for their support and flexibility. There were multiple different scenarios discussed and vetted for what to do with the event. In the end there is no right call in these situations so we simply due what we feel will delivery the best outcome to the majority of racers.

We’ve received a number of questions regarding the rain forecast for this upcoming weekend, and we want to keep everyone in the loop.
As of right now, we are officially on! We are actively monitoring the weather forecast every day, and our absolute priority is to do everything we can to get the full show in for you.

We know how much prep goes into race weekend, so we want to be respectful of your time and travel plans. If the forecast deteriorates to the point where it looks like we won't be able to get at least one full show in, we will make the final call by Thursday night at 7:00 PM.
