We are now accepting applications for a Plant General Manager.

A qualified individual for this position needs to have the skill set to direct, manage, and optimize overall operations. An ideal candidate is expected to improve the overall operations of the company by showing strong leadership qualities that include giving clear direction, thinking proactively, and having a high sense of accountability. This person will be responsible for the day to day operations of the company while guiding productivity, quality, and the cost efficiency of plant operations. Experience in the truss industry and the construction field is a plus, but not absolutely necessary. Strong people management skills are important. We are willing to train the right person. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Some half workdays may be required from time to time on Saturday. Salary and benefits are based on past experience.
