Marnie Vega is delighted to join the Maximum One team, effective June 3, 2026. Before coming to Maximum One, she had the opportunity to serve as an HR leader with several well-known Fortune 500 brands, including PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Cadbury Schweppes, Dr Pepper, YPO, and Assurant. Throughout her career, Marnie has worked closely with senior leaders to identify and develop talent, helping people step into the roles where they can thrive and contribute to broader business goals. She brings years of thoughtful problem-solving, people-focused leadership, and a heartfelt commitment to helping others grow and succeed.
Marnie’s love for real estate is easy to see in both her work and her interests. In her spare time, she enjoys following real estate influencers, exploring local neighborhoods and properties, creating thoughtful staging concepts, and consulting on interior design projects. Originally from Flower Mound, Texas, Marnie now makes her home in Acworth, Georgia, where she lives with her son, a 2026 graduate of North Cobb Christian School.

My name is Michael Jones, and I’m a proud graduate of Kennesaw State University. I’m originally from Bartow County, Georgia, where I’ve built both my personal and professional life. I’ve been happily married for nearly six years, and have a 21-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son—both of whom keep life exciting and meaningful.

Professionally, I bring nearly two decades of experience in sales, where I’ve developed strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for building relationships. I take pride in understanding people’s needs and delivering solutions that make a difference.

Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and proudly support the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons. When I’m not watching the game, you can usually find me enjoying some of my favorite hobbies like bowling, golfing, or spending time working on my lawn. I appreciate the balance between hard work, family life, and enjoying the simple things that make each day rewarding.
