Feeling incredibly thankful and honored for the time, energy, and knowledge that Bae Jun Seo, Coach Yeom, and Grandmaster Yeom shared with us this past weekend.

We learned so much, not just in technique but in mindset, discipline, and what it really means to train with purpose. These are lessons we’ll carry with us long after the camp ends.
