I have such a grateful heart for the support and love you have shown over the past five years! Countless friends who have become like family and have been blessed to get to know you all!
It is with a very heavy heart that I let you know that our last day open will be March 22nd. 🥰

As many of you know my son was in a car accident 3 years ago and left him with a traumatic brain injury. He has more appointments picking back up in the near future and I want to give him the most I can for a more successful future.

This will not change the ability to coach and mentor the existing and future clients on their health and wellness journey. That is the beauty of what I do and can do it from anywhere! With that said I will be available to meet for weigh ins! It will just look different so don’t hesitate to think you will be taking my time as that will be the focus I transition to!

There will be a final farewell bash from 6A-1P on Friday, March 22nd! Whether you stopped in once or were a regular we want to see you! So come out, share some love and sip on ANY shake and tea favorite! 🫶🏼
