This weekend, Riverview Softball Complex is proud to host the Northern Indiana B State Tournament, bringing together 39 youth fast pitch softball teams from across the region.

From 9U to 18U, athletes will compete throughout the weekend as they chase a state tournament title.

We'd like to welcome all of the players, coaches, families, and fans visiting Elkhart. Between games, be sure to explore local restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions throughout the area.

Have questions about the new wooden bat rule for the Co-Ed league? Well here's the official guidelines to help you:

Riverview Softball Complex reserves the right to disallow any bat that, in staff judgment, provides excessive performance advantage or presents a safety concern.

We don’t require a USA stamp on wood bats, but they must be solid one-piece wood, meet size limits, and pass a safety check. If it’s unsafe or questionable, we won’t allow it.

With the exception of the corndog, it is not a one-piece, but we will allow it. DeMarini Corndog wood bats are the only exception to the full one-piece.

Slow pitch softball bats can be up to 34 inches long, usually weigh between 26–30 ounces, and can’t exceed a 2¼-inch barrel. Wooden bats should follow the same general size limits and be safe for play.
