🥓🔥 BACON VS EGGS at the Fleet Feet Flap Jack 5K 🔥🍳
Just like bacon and eggs go with flap jacks..we brought some strength to Fleet Feet’s run!
Legs were burning hotter than . 😮💨😂🔥
With bacon and egg suits, an EGGcelent run, pancake power up, and tank chaos… this may have been the most unhinged cooldown in 5K history.
Shoutout to for putting on an awesome event and everyone who stopped to laugh, cheer, and suffer with us 😤🏃♂️💪🏃♀️
We have enjoyed having Hannah intern with us this month!
Hannah is double majoring in Sports Science and Biology at Bethel University and is a leader as a midfielder on the soccer team as well ⚽️
She’s a patient, eager learner and readily jumps in to serve and help wherever she can. The rapport she has already built within the Elev8 community is noticeable and it we have throughly enjoyed having her with us in classes, private training sessions, and unique gym projects and events.
We are excited to see her continued growth as she finishes out the May with us! 💪🏼
