Shout out to Caitlin & Ryan for letting JR Structures turn your old hall bath & closet into a luxury bath for the whole family! (Also squeezed in a new laundry room) The new shower area was just an old closet!

Added a main floor primary bed & bath addition, new laundry, powder room and library to this Otsego home! Re-fresh’ed the Sunroom while we were at it too!

Just a few minor modifications for this one! 😂😉
(Yup, blew out the back wall of the house and added a 1600 sqft addition) new kitchen, main level, mudroom, powder room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 laundry, floors, stairs, railings, & the list goes on!

Sometimes just getting a rec room, bathroom, laundry and bedroom can be life changing! We loved taking this dark & cramped St. Paul basement and making it great!
