Eagle Point Elementary

Construction started in the fall of 2020 on the New Eagle Point Elementary in Oakdale Minnesota. This new 112,000 SF elementary school will give the students, teachers and administrators of ISD#622 the space needed to provide the best learning environment.

As the project comes to completion, we are excited to think of all the great things that will come from this school. Students will be filling the hallways the start of 2022-2023 school year.

Distinctive Iron provided the structural steel, joist and deck and miscellaneous steel for this project.

Installing Joist in Big Lake at Premier Marine!

Distinctive Iron provided additional structural steel support for improved HVAC and to open up the existing Litchfield Middle/High School Auditorium to make it the New Commons Area for the students of ISD#465.

Miscellaneous steel provided for this open concept-contemporary design included the railing on the upper commons areas and ramps down to the lower commons. What a great design by Wold Architects and Engineers!

Distinctive Iron will be wrapping up the last phase of this project this summer, once school is out.

Gifts Anonymous was started in 1970 to assist families in Otsego and Elk River that are financially unable to provide Christmas gifts for their children (birth to age 18). Gifts Anonymous a non-profit corporation administered solely by volunteers under the direction of the GA Board of Directors appointed by the Otsego Lions.

Eagan Retail is coming along!

We are excited to be starting a new project–BCI Construction recently broke ground on the Mayer Fire Station! We will be working with the City of Mayer and Brunton Architects to construct a new 11,500 sq ft. fire station to be completed by early November.
