Hard work shows up in the numbers! 💪🥎
Our California Rising Rubalcava 14U athletes put their training to the test on September 29th, completing electronic speed and vertical testing with Bethany Schmidl Performance.
From explosive verticals to speed in the 20-yard and 40-yard sprints, these girls continue to show their athleticism, competitiveness, and commitment to getting better every day. 📈🔥
We’re proud of the work each athlete is putting in and excited to watch these numbers continue to improve throughout the season!
