Thank you, Loretta Gipson. Loretta ordered a banana cheesecake with a custard topping and it looks amazing. It smelt amazing baking last night and the crust, of course is vanilla wafers.

A little tip.
If you place an order for a cake over the summer, rather from me or anyone else. Please let that person know you are having an outside party. There are steps to making the cake icing a little stiffer to help it endure the hot temperatures. It could be the difference between a success or disaster.
