Recovery isn't about giving something up; it's about gaining a life worth living.
With each day in recovery, you gain opportunities that once seemed out of reach. Clear mornings become a fresh start instead of a struggle. Goals begin to feel achievable. Relationships can heal and grow through honesty and trust. Most importantly, you start to recognize and take pride in the person you're becoming.
Freedom from the cycle of addiction creates space for purpose, growth, and hope. The journey isn't always easy, but what waits on the other side is worth every step.
Keep moving forward. Your future is being built one day at a time. π

One of our Outreach Coordinators, Skyler Atha, recently stopped by Clear Blue in Frankfort and had the opportunity to meet Tiffany Wells and Chad Hite.
Building connections with individuals who are passionate about helping others is an important part of what we do, and Tiffany and Chad exemplify that commitment. Their compassion, dedication, and genuine care for the individuals and families they serve were evident from the moment they met.
Community partnerships play a vital role in creating pathways to recovery, and we are excited to build this relationship and work together to connect more people with the support and resources they need. Itβs clear that Tiffany and Chad are making a positive impact in their community, and we look forward to collaborating with them in the future.
Thank you both for taking the time to meet with Skyler. We look forward to partnering together to help more individuals and families find hope, healing, and recovery.

Leandra Riley, one of our Outreach Coordinators at Time To Surrender, had the opportunity to meet with the Bardstown Police Department and their Social Work Specialist, Heather Houston today to discuss ways we can collaborate and work together to support individuals in our community.
Our goal is to build partnerships that help connect individuals struggling with substance use and homelessness to the resources and treatment they need. By working together, we can create stronger pathways to recovery, support, and hope within our communities.
We currently have beds available. If you or someone you know is in need of help, please give us a call. Weβre here for you.

One of our Outreach Coordinators, Skyler Atha, recently had the opportunity to attend the Recovery Summit in Georgetown and connect with an incredible community of professionals who are passionate about helping individuals find recovery, healing, and hope.
One of the highlights of the day was reconnecting with Sheena from Pinnacle Treatment Centers. Sheena has been a part of our Outreach Coordinator's recovery journey since 2016, offering guidance, support, and encouragement during some of life's most difficult seasons. Even after all these years, she continues to make a meaningful impact by helping others build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
The summit provided a valuable opportunity to network with dedicated professionals, share experiences, and celebrate the strength of the recovery community. Events like these serve as an important reminder of how powerful connection, collaboration, and compassion can be in supporting long-term recovery.
We are also grateful for the opportunity to connect with Ann and Fern from LifeSpring Health Systems. Their commitment to serving others and strengthening the recovery community continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of so many individuals and families.
Recovery is possible, and gatherings like the Recovery Summit remind us why this work matters. Together, we can continue building pathways to hope, healing, and lasting recovery. π

One of our outreach coordinators, Leandra Riley, had the pleasure of completing a tour at The Brook Hospital β Dupont with Lori Shannonhouse, Assistant Director of Business Development, and Walter Holder, Community Liaison.
During the tour, we had the opportunity to meet multilple staff members including the admissions staff who are onuded in the photos and learn more about the services and resources available. At the conclusion of the tour, we were able to have lunch in the cafeteria and connect with patients and staff members, which provided a great opportunity to build relationships within the facility.
We also had the opportunity to meet Jack Brown, who is part of the Homeless Resource Outreach Program. This program provides individuals with free transportation assistance to substance abuse facilities, behavioral health services, hospitals, and medical appointments.
It was a great experience strengthening community partnerships and continuing to work together to support individuals in need of care and resources.

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY βοΈ
Recovery isn't just about avoiding the things that hurt us. It's about building healthy habits that help us thrive.
A strong morning routine can set the tone for the entire day. When we wake up with purpose, take care of our bodies, and create a few moments of peace before the day begins, we're better equipped to handle whatever comes our way.
You don't need a perfect routine. Start small. Drink some water, take a few deep breaths, set an intention, and give yourself the nourishment and grace you deserve.
Every positive choice you make in the morning is an investment in your recovery, your wellness, and your future.
What's one thing you do each morning to start your day on the right foot? π
