As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, we work to empower people 55 and older with the support they need to stay in the homes they know and love as they age. PACE helps seniors who need nursing home-level care maintain their independence by providing all the medical care and support services they need to continue living comfortably and safely at home.
We celebrated the amazing people who show up every day with big hearts and even bigger dedication. We treated our CNAs to a well-deserved breakfast because they truly make all the difference in the lives of our participants. We are so grateful for everything you do! 💜

💜 This CNA Week, we're celebrating the Certified Nursing Assistants who help make it possible for older adults to live independently while receiving the care and support they deserve.
Whether they're assisting with daily needs, offering encouragement, or simply brightening someone's day, our CNAs play an important role in the lives of our participants and their families.
Thank you to our incredible CNAs for the compassion, dedication, and kindness you bring every day. We appreciate you this week and always.
