If you know me on a personal level, you know I’m one of the most compassionate people you’ll meet. When people I care about are hurting, physically or emotionally, I carry that hurt with them.

This morning, I received a call from a dear friend asking about getting hospital, critical illness, and income protection coverage.

With tears in my eyes, I had to say the words I dread saying:
