Eastern Plains Rodeo Team

We had a small but mighty group to volunteer at the Elizabeth Stampede last weekend! Helping out with slack and parking on Sunday, as well as helping with setting up signs and with tear down after the rodeo was all said and done. They have been one of our long standing sponsors of our rodeo team! We couldn’t do it without them and we were proud to volunteer!

We already started volunteering today and we will be back during portions of the weekend! You’ll catch a lot of us at the Sunday morning slack! We are so grateful to the Elizabeth Stampede for being a generous sponsor to our team!

We are incredibly proud to recognize our Eastern Plains Rodeo Team members who are advancing to the Junior High National Finals at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, OK, and the Senior High National Finals at the Sandhills Global Event Center in Lincoln, NE!

This season has been nothing short of amazing, with many of our athletes finishing in the Top 10 in the State in their respective events — a true testament to their hard work, dedication, and passion for rodeo. 💪

Special recognition to our outstanding National qualifiers:
🌟 Cheyenne Brown – 1st Place Champion - Goats (also won the 1st round at State Finals)
🌟 WJ Ellerman – 3rd Place - Ba****ck (also won the 2nd round at State Finals)
🌟 Hadley Thompson – 3rd Place - Pole Bending (won the 1st & 2nd rounds AND the average at State Finals)
🌟 Mia Tiefenbacher – 4th Place - Girls Cutting
🌟 Tyler Tiefenbacher – 2nd Place Reserve Champion - Tie Down Roping (also won the 2nd round & average at State Finals)
🌟 Evan Vagts – 2nd Place Trap Shoot & 4th Place Rifle Shoot
🌟 Kaden Schreuder – 3rd Place Team Roping & 4th Place Breakaway (also won the 1st round at State Finals in Breakaway)

From early mornings to long weekends on the road, each of our competitors have shown grit, sportsmanship, and heart.
