Ray and I really enjoyed bartending for a rehearsal dinner up in Golden at the Chief Hosa Lodge. This cute lodge is 100 years old and looks just like a castle. Absolutely beautiful views too. I can easily see a renaissance type wedding here!!

What a wonderful way to arrive at your wedding, the bride is in the enclosed carriage. This was at Denver Botanical Gardens at Chatfield. Moonlight Bartending has done many events here and it is a great facility!

Thanks again to the incredible Moonlight Bartending staff for a wonderful weekend. We had 13 events and were at The Falls Event center in Littleton 3 times, Denver Academy, The Studio in Boulder, Wash Park Boathouse, South Metro Denver Realtor Association in Littleton, Deep Space in Parker, Running Creek Manor in Elizabeth, Rocky Mountain Arsenal in Commerce City, Bristlecone Ranch in LeVeta, Strawberry Creek Ranch in Granby, and Meadows at Marshdale in Evergreen. I gave you all a teaser of a Sake drink I was going to post this weekend. Everyone LOVED this drink! Well here it is and I've added some pictures from the event. The event was at EVIVA Apartments on Cherokee in Denver and the caterer for Friday night was So Damn Gouda. Best cheese I have ever had!!!

Cherry Sake Cocktail
1. Muddle 2 dark sweet cherries in rocks glass (thawed and pitted)
2. Fill with ice
3. Pour in 2 shots of Sake
4. Fill with Ginger Ale

P.S. For non-alcoholic version leave Sake out.

Last week end was again super busy for Moonlight Bartending. We had a total of 8 events from Friday - Sunday and 5 of them on Saturday alone. Saturday was logistics magic with Ray having to deliver 4 bar setups from Boulder to Littleton, Denver and Parker. A special thanks goes to the following venues: Deep Space of Parker, The Highlands Ranch Mansion, The Studio Boulder, The Falls in Littleton, Westend Apartments and EVIVA Apartments. Of course we could not have done this without our incredible bartenders. A big thank you goes to: Amanda, Connie, Cory, Jake, Kelly and Sandy.
